Return Request Timeline

All return or replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order. Clear photographs or videos may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and food safety reasons, opened, consumed, or partially used food products cannot be returned unless there is a verified quality issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
