Orders placed during weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Metro cities: 3–7 business days.

Other locations: 5–10 business days.

Remote areas may require additional transit time.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Couriers make 2-3 delivery attempts before returning the package
  • Please ensure your phone is reachable and the address is accurate
  • Failed deliveries due to wrong address or unavailability may attract reshipping charges
